Independent procurement coordination
Industrial Chiller Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner. We help plant buyers prepare industrial chiller requirements, circulate a consistent brief, and compare factory wholesale quotations. We do not operate a chiller factory, keep inventory, or act as a brand-appointed reseller. Founding years, annual capacity and customer counts are not published because this office has no verified production record to cite.
Certificates, FAT records and nameplate ratings belong to the named supplier and the named machine. This site describes documents to request; it does not borrow competitor claims or treat a brochure as installed performance.
A usable industrial chiller comparison restates leaving-fluid temperature, flow rate, fluid composition, heat-rejection owner, three-phase supply and footprint. If a factory cites a published portable-chiller brochure, treat it as a rating method example, not affiliation. Ask which ambient or condenser-water condition sits behind the tons and compressor kW. Demand a written note on minimum-load control if the process cycles.
Buyers sometimes want a single “complete system” price. Combining the chiller package with owner-furnished cooling water, a remote condenser, and SAT labour without naming each line makes later change orders look like hidden discounts. We keep those lines visible even when it lengthens the commercial page. No percentage saving is published because this project has no same-basis price comparison on file.
Who signs the SAT record that leaving-fluid temperature was held at the agreed flow? If the answer is still “the sourcing website,” the brief is not ready. Engineering acceptance stays between the buyer and the equipment supplier named in any later contract.
