This policy describes how inquiry fields on the Industrial Chiller Sourcing website may be used when a live production endpoint exists. Until that endpoint is configured, treat submissions as a local template only.
Name, work email, optional company and phone, and the procurement requirement text. Optional budget amount, currency, per-unit or total-order basis, and supplier-tier preference are merged into the same requirement field at submit time. They are not stored as separate backend fields.
We use those details to clarify the industrial chiller brief and to circulate a consistent request to factories. We do not sell inquiry data. Do not include payment card numbers or unrelated personal files.
Retention follows the live endpoint operator’s rules once production mail or CRM import is in place. This page does not claim a completed production mailbox.
