Who supplies condenser water or the remote condenser installation, including flow, entering condenser-water temperature, and water-treatment ownership. Working pressure of the condenser circuit and process loop should be stated so relief and pump selections are not assumed. Three-phase supply, connected load and footprint complete the electrical and pad record.
Tradeoff
Owner-furnished cooling water can shrink the chiller package price while shifting tower, pump and treatment cost onto another budget. A factory-packaged condenser-water skid does the reverse. Compare installed project cost lines, not machine price alone. Hot-gas bypass, cylinder unloading or variable-speed compressors change how minimum load and process temperature stability are checked; ask for the demonstration method, not a slogan.
